Egg Farm Dairy
In 1993, chef Charlie Palmer and cheesemaker Johathan White founded Egg Farm Dairy, intent upon restoring butter and cheese to the pantheon of great foods. Once the well-kept secret of America's great chefs, their products are now available nationwide in retail and food-service sizes. Their motto is: "Setting the dairy industry back 100 years."
Note: As of June 2001, Egg Farm Dairy is no longer in business.
