Look Ma, No Instrument

He has the breath control of a top-notch trumpeter, and has remarkable intonation and phrasing for a hand-flutist. He identifies himself only as "handsplay," a 58-year old American.

Wonderfully lyrical in the early going. How does he articulate with that speed @ 3:30? Amazing trills @ ~ 3:55! And a virtuosic finish, of course.

Anyone know who he is?
(Thanks to my colleague at NPR, Tom Huizenga, for sharing this.)

Love your station and thankful for it .

Any idea if you will ever play a complete opera . I teach at the Dade County Correctional Center in Florida City and many of the inmates listen to your station 24/7.
