This week at the Chicago Auto Show, Ford plans to show off a new high-tech options package for its F-150 pickup trucks and commercial vans.Get this: It includes an in-dash computer with high-speed internet, plus a battery-powered inkjet printer. There's also a tool-tracking device, so you don't leave any tools behind at the work site.
