Am I the only one who is amazed at the amount of time it takes some people to vote? Some people take longer than the first timers!

I remember when I was a child and my elementary school was a polling place, there were actual booths where voters had complete privacy. I've never had that in California. I think a booth would be better but since we don't have them, I think more thought should be given to the way polling places are set up. I also think those working at the polling place should be mindful that voters need to concentrate. Where I voted this morning, one of the workers kept asking the others if they wanted water. A nice gesture but he talked loud and near the voting tables, as he brought cups of water one at a time.
