Hi.

I'd like to see if you have any stats on Asian American's votes.

I support Hillary and I think most Asian would as we vote with our heads and not follow idealism promises. By the way, I'm in Orange County, California. I am guessing that Hillary wins in California not only from the Latino's votes but also from Asian's votes.

I tried to call but could not get through. It's disheartening to hear all these sexist comments against Hillary in this time of age. If Hillary was a male, she would have no difficulty running against Obama.

My husband is a new US citizen and registered as an independent because he is not clearly a Democrate or Repuplican. He intended to vote in the Democratic primary but was told he could not. I heard this is a big problem in Los Angeles. Did this happen to you?

I'm a registered Green party but had decided to vote Democratic for this poll. The people working the polls told me I could not, where upon I took one of the gray booklets and pointed out to the people working there that I could indeed vote either Democratic or American Independent while registered as a different party. They were surprised and I was outraged that the people in charge of training the workers did not tell them to read the booklet and to test them on their knowledge of the voting process. This was in Monrovia.

In Claremont, my boyfriend and his father encountered the same problem. One of them being registered a Libertarian and the other a registered Green party. The lady working the polls insisted they could not vote Democratic and they both voted according to their parties. Upon talking with me later my boyfriend found that they [the polls workers] were wrong, but it was too late, since they had already cast their votes.

This makes me wonder, 'How many people experienced this and how many votes were lost because of misinformed poll workers?'

Our polls need to be better organized and the trainers need to train their employees extensively so that we can avoid these types of mishaps in the future.

As a registered Republican, I voted for John McCain. I did this because there are now 40,000
Taliban fighters in Pakistan, which has nuclear weapons. Let the rest of the candidates -- and the news media, which is every bit as culpable for the "surprise" of 9/11 (which did not surprise anyone who reads, which I guess excludes most journalists) -- dither and babble about the economy, or gay rights, or abortion, or whether the President is black or a woman. If this willful denial continues, we will lose a city soon, and only McCain seems aware of our peril.

I am a declined to state voter. I received a Democratic ballot and did not mark or see a "bubble" to mark for the party. Did I get the wrong ballot?? Did my vote count?? Y have voted every time for over twenty years and have never been this confused.

Jason Marshall:

I have been a registered-absentee voter for the past three years; and, when I voted, about three weeks ago, I voted for Former US Senator John R. Edwards, who was still on the ballot.

I STILL do NOT regret my vote cast. As a Democrat, I'm getting ready for ANOTHER 4 years of GOP turmoil in the White House. I weep.

I'm extremely worried that Obama may win the Democratic nomination; in fact, I'm a bit fearful. Obama simply has not spent enough time in politics to be able to step up to the plate on day one. He's full of inspiring verbage, but he's also full of promises he has no ability to implement immediately. Our country is in crisis within and without-voting for Obama is like allowing a maverick brain surgeon to fix your brain tumor rather than allowing a successful veteran brain surgeon to get in there and fix what's wrong. It'll take Obama years to get the feel of it; Hilary will cut out what ails us and stitch it up quickly-which enables her to be available for the rest of the tumors that cover the ailing body of this nation. And she wont need to get the feel of it-she's already an expert using the instruments of healing. Please, people, think with your heads, not your hearts-Obama's policies are pretty much the same as Hilary's-he just doesn't have the experience Hilary has.
