L-Triple-A
On Saturday, as I was stuck in traffic on the 101, I flipped my radio tuner to a non-public radio station for the first time in weeks.
And what do I hear, but the funniest name for the new Angels yet -- the DJ called the team the L Triple A, as in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
I had never neard them referred to as that, and I think its a good little moniker. Heard any other good ones?

By the way --this is the famous beautiful wife of Kevin O'Leary-- the LAAA move is pure brilliance on Artie Moreno's part. Yes, some fans are upset. But when you watch TV the ticker reads "LAA" and that's all Artie needs. The future revenue from a broader marketing appeal can benefit the team, and therefore its fans. The crowds will get over it and soon will be singing their LA praises all the way to a world series.
