When I click to listen to one of your stories, there is a short commercial to donate to public radio. The problem is the volume level of that commercial, it's about twice as loud as the radio story that comes up next. PLUS the volume control is disabled so I can't even turn it down while it blasts at me. I would think soneone would have tested this and noticed the volume difference between the two. Otherwise thanks for a great service.
