What is the Pentagon's secret weapon in Iraq?
A drop in violence in Iraq is due in part to a U.S. military secret program to locate, track and kill members of Al Qaeda and other enemies, according to the new book by journalist Bob Woodward.
Woodward compares the program to the Manhattan Project, a secret program that developed the atomic bomb during World War Two. But he's declining to reveal anything more about the project, inviting speculation as to what kind of new technology the military has developed.
