Should you fear your ISP?
Paul Ohm says the gravest threat to Americans' privacy is the prospect of Internet Service Providers monitoring what their customers say and do online.

In a new paper, the former Federal prosecutor and law professor at the University of Colorado says the phone and cable companies from which we buy our Internet access have the means, motive and opportunity to closely monitor our every move online and to sell that information to third parties.
