Is America losing its edge in science & tech?
High-tech trade group AeA says the U.S. will lose its position as the world leader in science and technology unless it takes steps to stop the slide.
In a six-month study, AeA concludes the U.S. needs to improve student performance in math and science, boost government funding for research and development, and allow more highly-skilled foreigners to work and live here.
