The Lolita Haze
- Inspired by scene in book in which Humbert Humbert eats a plum.
- Features genever - Dutch gin available in “young” or “old” varieties - this drink demands the young version, of course.
Recipe, as created by Danielle Motor at The Hungry Cat in Hollywood, California: In cocktail shaker, per serving:
- Muddle ½ fresh plum with mint
- Squeeze in half a lemon
- Add ¾ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz young genever
- Shake and pour over ice
