Drink Recipe: “The Lolita Haze”

- Features genever - Dutch gin available in “young” or “old” varieties - this drink demands the young version, of course

In cocktail shaker, per serving:
- Muddle ½ fresh plum with mint
- Squeeze in half a lemon
- Add ¾ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz young genever
- Shake and pour over ice
