What is the state of mental health care in Oregon?

At OPB, we're looking into the state of mental health care in Oregon - from therapy to family support services, residential treatments, outpatient services, therapeutic foster care, group homes, counseling in the school system, universities and prisons.

Have you - or somebody you know - dealt with the mental health care system?

We want to hear from people who have experienced a wide range of mental health issues (from mild depression to dementia, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, autism or other mental health issues) - and from their family members and friends.

We also want to hear from mental health care professionals - doctors, counselors, psychiatrists, social workers. How has mental health care changed during your career?

Or if you encounter people with mental illness in your day-to-day life - as a teacher, police officer, shelter worker or in some other way - how does this affect your work and your life?
