It's easy for even the most sophisticated news consumers to get lost in the blizzard of issues, concepts and policies swirling around the debate over the future of health care in America.

We think the best way to help our audiences get a handle on things is to understand, from the point of view of average citizens, what the problems with the system are that need to be solved.
