Now that California has a new budget, Furlough Fridays will be common in some offices. That's only one of the outcomes of the new budget, which slashed spending on many aspects of state government.

How will the new state budget affect you? What about those state IOUs? Is the California budget playing havoc with your budget, your business, your life?
