It's an understatement to say the economy is bringing some major changes to some New Hampshire households. Some people are downsizing - moving to smaller houses, or having parents move in with them. Others are finding opportunities, with falling home prices, low interest rates and tax credits encouraging potential homebuyers to take the plunge.
