By submitting your greeting, memory, or files, you acknowledge public radio producers and organizations may use your comments online or on-air and attribute them to you (first and last name, city, state). Your submission may be edited for size, clarity, content, or to meet file standards.

By submitting your photos or audio, you are affirming that the photos or audio is your own, taken or produced by you, and you have full rights to the image or sounds. Pictures and audio may be used on the Minnesota Public Radio Web site (or on air) and may be posted on other American Public Media/Minnesota Public Radio Web sites, or may be filed for future use. APM/MPR reserves the right to reuse or republish your submission, or to withhold it from publication.

By submitting your photo or audio you are donating it to American Public Media/Minnesota Public Radio. APM/MPR will retain first publishing rights for the image or sounds. There is no direct paid or unpaid compensation for submitted files. You will be identified in a credited byline on any published segments. Your full name will be displayed with your submission. The personally identifying information you provide here will not be sold, shared, or used for purposes other than to contact you about this submission, except to communicate with you about Minnesota Public Radio programs and activities if you chose "Yes" above.
